Currently, Pay on Delivery is available only for selected locations and low-value items within Lagos.
For larger items or orders outside Lagos, full payment is required before delivery or installation.

Custom installations: 5–10 business days depending on project scope

After checkout, our support team will contact you to confirm installation details and scheduling.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@optimaltechie.com or via WhatsApp.
We’ll inspect the case and either replace the item or issue a refund according to our Return Policy.
You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection.

Yes. Most of our solar products come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the brand.
Warranty terms are stated on each product page or in your order invoice.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number and a delivery update email. You can also log in to your account to see your order status under “My Orders.”
Currently, we serve customers within Nigeria only, but we can arrange exports for bulk corporate orders on request.
